#6. Aspects of Ego: Free Will

This human being comes with the gift of free will!

The choosing experience comes with the influence of each decision we make or the decisions we allow others to make for us! We desire to make good choices that enhance our lives and the lives of others. We grieve with lack of safety and lack of control. Some questions one may ask in order to ground and get to know this gift of being human are:

What choices did I make today? Which were automatic and which were thought out?

Which choices of the past have the greatest influence on today? Did I know at the time how much influence this choice would have?

What choices require slowing down and what choices are rushed?

How do others’ choices affect you?
